How do I upgrade my plan?

Go to the Pricing page, choose your plan (Educational or Premium), and click "Upgrade" or "Switch." Follow the prompts to confirm.

What happens when my plan expires?

If your Educational or Premium plan expires, your account reverts to the Free tier, limiting you to 5 slides and free templates only.

Why can’t I use an Educational template?

Educational templates require an Educational or Premium plan. Check your plan on the Pricing page and ensure your email qualifies (e.g., ends with .edu).

How do I reset my password?

Click "Forgot Password?" on the Login page, enter your email, and follow the instructions (simulated for now).
